Goddard Design currently manufactures or distributes six products that use stored program controllers. They are:
The Goddard Design Co. stored program controllers used in the above products do not use any date functions. As such they are inherently immune to year 2000 (Y2K) programing problems. No other current products of Goddard Design Co. should have any Y2K problems.
It should be noted that product 3 above also uses one of two different external vendor provided spread spectrum radios that are stored program controlled. Our use of these products does not use any date functions. Therefore, our use is Y2K problem immune. Further we feel that these radios should not have any such problems in any use. However if a formal statement for one of these products is needed, it will have to be obtained from the external vendors. Goddard Design will direct anyone needing such a statement to the proper vendor.
Goddard Design does not foresee any significant Y2K caused problems to our production, accounts receivable, or accounts payable schedules caused by our internal software systems. We cannot predict nor certify that we will not have problems caused by vendors, financial institutions, or other external systems.
